Drawing from the sculptural traditions of the Fang people of Gabon, this hand-carved mask is distinguished by its elongated silhouette, narrow eyes and finely extended nose. Its warm, weathered surface and contrasting dark details give the piece a quiet yet commanding presence.

Selected for its expressive form and patina, this individually collected work brings sculptural depth and character to a considered interior.
